Terms & Conditions

By booking GrimeLift, you agree to our terms: safe access to the work area, payment upon completion, and notification of any concerns within 48 hours.

GrimeLift Service – Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Service – GrimeLift provides exterior cleaning services (including gutter cleaning, power washing, and related work) as described in the service agreement or quote provided before work begins.

  2. Scheduling & Access – Customer must provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled service date. If access is blocked or unsafe, the service may be rescheduled, and a fee may apply.

  3. Payment – Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your invoice or estimate.

  4. Liability – While we take all reasonable precautions, GrimeLift is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during cleaning. Customers are responsible for notifying us of fragile areas or concerns before work begins.

  5. Weather & Delays – Services may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions. We will reschedule at the earliest convenient date.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us within 48 hours so we can review and, if necessary, address the issue.

  7. Safety & Compliance – Customers agree to keep pets, children, and other hazards away from the work area during service.
